Fee Structure

FEE RELATED RULES

1. School Fee has to be deposited with Bank of India, Railway Road, Hapur during banking hours.
2. Cheque/Draft should be drawn in favour of "Delhi Public School, Hapur"
3. Outstation cheques will not be accepted.
4. Incase the cheque returns unpaid by the bank, Bank charges for the same will also be payable by the parent.
5. School Fee is payable quarterly in advance as per the schedule given below. However, on the request of the parents, fee may be deposited monthly also.

6. A late fee of10 per day will be added to the fee due after due date till the date of actual payment.
7. Bus fee will be charged for 11 months in a year (excluding June).
8. If the child opts for School transport, no discontinuation will be allowed after 1^st
9. One month’s notice must be given by the school transport user, if they discontinue it during the period of 1^stApril to 30^th

ADMISSION WITHDRAWAL

1. If a child has to be withdrawn from the School, parents are required to give one calendar month's notice in writing, failing which one month's fee will be charged in lieu thereof.
2. Those who leave School in May must, in all cases, pay fees for the month of June.
3. Transfer Certificate (TC) will not be issued unless all dues are paid.
4. TC will be issued within 15 days of application.
5. TC will be issued only after receiving a written withdrawal letter from parents. Till such time, except in the case of class -XII student, the child is deemed to be on the School rolls and his/her attendance will be marked as absent while at the same time attracting School fee. In all cases of student’s absenteeism without notice, the tuition fee is shown as outstanding.
