Classes Nursery – II
There is no formal interaction / test for these classes. Parents and children are called to meet the teachers and see the campus. If selected, the School Administrative Office will inform the parents about the admission and will ask them to complete the admission formalities by depositing the required fee with the necessary documents.
1. INTERNAL CANDIDATES
a. Admission to Class XI is seamless and automatic. However, streams will be allotted according to the final CCE result in May 2017
b. In case of 10 or more students applying for a particular subject choice which is not indicated in the list, the School will consider that choice.
2. EXTERNAL CANDIDATES (Provisional Admission in April 2017)
a. Eligibility Criteria:
CBSE: A1 / A2 grades in all subjects in SA 1 (Session 2016-17)
ICSE & Other Boards:
Science Stream: Aggregate 80%, ESM 85%
Commerce and Humanities Stream: 60 - 70% and above in all five subjects
Ø The candidates not fulfilling the eligibility criteria will not be allowed to appear for the written test.
b. SELECTION CRITERIA:
The selection of candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in the written test and the interview with the admission committee.
Aptitude Test: The eligible candidates have to appear for an aptitude exam as per the following schedule:
Date of Aptitude test : As alloted
Reporting time : 8.30 am
Test time : 9.00 am
Syllabus : Complete NCERT syllabus (CBSE) of Class X
Aptitude test will be held in the following subjects as per the stream opted by the candidate.
Science Stream: English, Science & Maths
Commerce Stream: English, Maths & Aptitude test, Economics
Humanities stream English & Aptitude test
INTERVIEW
Ø The list of candidates selected for interview will be displayed on website as per schedule given on the day of test
Ø Venue for Career counseling is Activity Hall of Senior block. It is mandatory for all the students to attend for Career counseling
Ø The selected candidates have to appear for an interview along with their parents on the date and time notified with the list of candidates
Result: The final list of candidates selected for provisional admission will be displayed on the School website and School notice board at 3.00 pm on the day after the interview
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:
a) The candidates not fulfilling the eligibility criteria will not be allowed to appear for the written test.
b) It is compulsory for each applicant to carry:
· Two passport size photographs
· A copy of grades / marks obtained in Class IX (Final) and first term of Class X
c) A candidate who has been provisionally admitted in Class XI will be granted admission based on the Board result / CCE final result declared in May 2017.
d) Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria for the final admission must submit their grade sheet and registration form within three days of the declaration of Board result.
e) Weightage:
· Board / CCE result: 40%
· Admission test: 40%
. Interview: 20%

BALVATIKA 2 (Nursery)
Between 4 & 5 years as on 1st April, 2025, (Children born between 1st April, 2020 and 31st March 2021 (both days inclusive)
BALVATIKA 3 (Prep)
Between 5 & 6 years as on 1st April, 2025, (Children born between 1st April, 2019 and 31st March 2020 (both days inclusive)
Between 6 & 7 years as on 1st April, 2025, (Children born between 1st April, 2018 and 31st March 2019 (both days inclusive)
Between 7 & 8 years as on 1st April, 2025, (Children born between 1st April, 2017 and 31st March 2018 (both days inclusive)
